It’s “boot camp”-time again: From March 8th (from 6 p.m.) to March 10th (until around 12 p.m.) the now well-known event will take place as usual in the TV Düdelsheim gym.

This weekend is mainly about SCA-specific armored combat and fencing with the rapier. Various classes, individual training and plenty of time for individual and group fights are offered.

Beginners, people who just want to give it a try and guests who “just want to take a look” are also very welcome. We are happy to provide loaner equipment upon request.

Like last year, our declared goal is to give all participants something to take home with them: new ideas and approaches, new experiences, friendships and, above all, great memories.

We are looking forward to seeing you!

Please bring sneakers with light soles for the gym hall and shoes for outside.

Where to sleep
Crash space: The sports hall offers crash space, but neither beds nor bedding are provided. If you come by car please bring your own. If you can´t do so please let us know in advance so we can organize it for you.

Hotels: There are a number of nice, inexpensive Bed an Breakfasts in the area. We are happy to help you with finding a room.

Reservation deadline
After the 25th of February it is no more possible to book feast.

Cancellation policy
If the cancellation is received by email (bootcamp@meadowmarsh.de) by February 15th at the latest, the full price will be refunded. If you cancel by March 3rd at the latest, the event fee will be refunded, but not the fee for the feast.

Payment
If you live in the EU or can make bank transfers to Germany free of charge, then please use this option.
You will receive the account details with the registration confirmation. If this is not possible or there are other reasons (like insane fees) against it, you can also pay in cash at the gate.
Please communicate this in response to the confirmation of the registration.

Directions
 – on the A 45 between Gießen and Hanau, take the Altenstadt/Büdingen exit.
 – turn towards Büdingen
 – follow the road for approx. 3 km to Düdelsheim
 – at the gas station in Düdelsheim turn right into “Schulstrasse”
 – follow the road for approx. 600 m – the gym is on the right.
 – if you see a school on the right, then you are about 80 m too far.
